Program Summary

In this workshop, we will focus on how to incorporate and utilize music with clients. We will work in this experiential learning workshop to be more connected to music, and further develop one's relationship to music. In the second hour of this workshop, we bring in somatic/bodily awareness, employ art, and explore voice as an embodied component to this training. This workshop will include take-home ideas on using music in your daily life, both personally and professionally.

No prior music experience is required to attend, but come with an openness to creative exploration. We recommend bringing paper and a utensil of choice to the space (e.g. pens, pencils, colored pencils, markers, or other art supplies). This workshop will be facilitated by Amanda Rosado and Betsy Funk.
