Come engage in a regenerative sound bath!
What to expect?
You'll arrive to the NExT Foundation and find yourself at DOOR 1 of 1111 N. 13th St, and 114 will be on your left upon entering the Mastercraft building.
We'll start at 10am, so arriving early allows you to get settled in and comfortable.
Bring your favorite cozy things: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask... anything you wish to have to be your most comfortable.
We will have extra pillows, blankets, and yoga mats on the premise as well.
You'll arrive to the sounds of singing crystal sound bowls, tuned to specific frequencies, and creating a sound and vibration that offers a tranquil and restorative experience for mind and body.
I am honored for you to come share the powerful healing experience of sound bowls. Please feel free to email me to ask more if you are new to the experience.
Becoming still, playing music, many find these challenging or impossible. I encourage everyone no matter if your a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey how simply easy yet profoundly healing Music and art can be. Exploring your inner child, letting yourself be free again!
Alongside the sound bath, you'll be invited to engage in the last 30 minutes in a watercolor process, creating sound in color and line as you interpret the experience. Leave rejuvenated with a beautiful reflection of your sound experience in a visual art form. Come early for tea or coffee! Doors open 15 minutes prior to the sound bath event.
