Tea, Intuitive Painting & Sound Bath make for a regenerative fall afternoon!
What to expect?
You'll arrive to the NExT Foundation and find yourself at DOOR 1 of 1111 N. 13th St, and 114 will be on your left upon entering the Mastercraft building. There is plenty of free parking!
We'll start at 1pm, so arriving early allows you to get settled in and comfortable.
Bring your favorite cozy things to make your experience more comfortable: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask... we have floor pillows and seating for those who prefer to sit on furniture. We will have extra pillows, blankets, and yoga mats on the premise as well.
You'll arrive to the sounds of singing crystal sound bowls, tuned to specific frequencies, and creating a sound and vibration that offers a tranquil and restorative experience for mind and body.

Becoming still, playing music, many find these challenging or impossible. I encourage everyone no matter if your a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey how simply easy yet profoundly healing Music and art can be. Exploring your inner child, letting yourself be free again!
Alongside the sound bath, you'll be invited to engage in a watercolor process, interpreting sound, vibration and emotions through color and line as part of the expressive arts experience. Leave rejuvenated with a beautiful reflection of your sound experience in a visual art form. Come early for tea or coffee! Doors open 20 minutes prior to the sound bath event.
